Claude Billeaud received his MD degree from the Medical University of Bordeaux ( France) in 1979 after a graduation in human cytogenetics (1976). He then studied pediatrics and has been the Clinical Assistant Director of Bordeaux University in the departments of Pediatrics, Neonatology and Intensive Care since 1983.
He currently serves as a pediatrician in the neonatal unit at the Children’s Hospital of Bordeaux, as a scientific manager of Bordeaux-Marmande human milk bank, as a lecturer and head of research (HDR : Habilitation to direct research) in neonatal nutrition at the Medical University of Bordeaux.
His particular interest in research led him to graduate in Biology and Health (1988, Bordeaux), be awarded a master in statistics applied to clinical research ( 1991, Montreal) and complete a PhD in nutrition and food science (2000, Bordeaux).
Along his career he has often been invited as a guest professor specialised in nutrition and neonatology in various universities abroad ( Montreal, Corrientes in Argentina).
Over the last 35 years, he has been an active member of different scientific organisations, either French, European or American, specialised in perinatal medicine (neonatology, pediatrics and nutrition). In this instance, he has served as the President of the Association for Pediatric Education in Europe (A.P.E.E) since 2008 and behalf APEE he is Member of European Academy of Paediatrics (EAP).
He has also been very involved in the French human milk banking association (ADLF) for more than 10 years, sharing his academic knowledge focused in nutrition and his long clinical experience in neonatology. He is currently carrying out several researches on the composition of human milk.
As an expert in nutrition and perinatal medicine, he is also the author and co-author of numerous scientific publications.
Dr. Uqbah Iqbal is a Socioeconomic Researcher at Research for Social Advancement. Winning Second Place in Malaysian Historical Essay Writing Competition 2013, he was the recipient of Research University Fellowship Scheme, Graduate on Time Award and Outstanding Student Award from Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities as well as the Youngest Ph.D. in History Holder and the only Malaysian achieved a Ph.D. in History in conjunction with the 43rd Convocation of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He's authoring notable books/ebooks such as The Historical Development of the Malay Nationalism Before Independence, The Historical Development of the Malay Society Economic Nature During Pre-Colonial Era, The Historical Development of British Investment in Malaya Before the Second World War, The Historical Development of Foreign Investment in the Formation of the Malaysian Economy and Sejarah Pemikiran Pandang Ke Timur: Kepentingan Jepun Dalam Pembangunan Sosio-Ekonomi Malaysia (1906-1980). His publications have appeared in a wide range of international and national journals such as TAWARIKH, SUSURGALUR, Management and Administrative Sciences Review, Social and Basic Sciences Research Review, Jurnal Kemanusiaan, Jurnal Sejarah, Jurnal Pengajian Melayu, Jebat, International Journal of Social Science and Humanities Research, Asia Pacific Journal of Education, Arts and Sciences, Asian Social Science and Geografia. He's also actively in the editorial board such as Asian Social Science, International Journal of Art and Literature, International Journal of Archaeology and History, American Journal of Social Sciences, Asia Pacific Journal of Education, Arts and Sciences, Social Sciences, Humanities and Social Sciences, History Research and Pratidhwani the Echo. Through his involvement as a reviewer with the Nonfiction Authors Association, 15 of his reviewed books received Awards.
Frances Dougherty Kendall is board certified as a Clinical Biochemical Geneticist and has extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of children & adults with a wide array of inborn errors of metabolism, specifically mitochondrial & metabolic disorders.
Sergey Suchkov was born in the City of Astrakhan, Russia, in a family of dynasty medical doctors.
In 1980, graduated from Astrakhan State Medical University and was awarded with MD. In 1985, maintained his PhD as a PhD student of the I.M. Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy and Institute of Medical Enzymology, USSR Academy of Medical Sciences, Moscow, Russia. In 2001, finished the PostDoc Research Fellowship Program and maintained his Doctor Degree at the National Institute of Immunology, Russia.
From 1985 through 1987, worked at Inst of Med Enzymology, USSR Academy of Medical Sciences. From 1995 through 2004, was being a Chairman of the Dept for Clinical Immunology, Moscow Clinical Research Institute (MONIKI) and the Immunologist-in-Chief of the Moscow Regional Ministry of Health.
In 1993-1996, was an Executice Secretary-in-Chief of the Editorial Board, Biomedical Science, an international journal published jointly by the USSR Academy of Sciences and the Royal Society of Chemistry, UK.
Dr Suchkov is a Co-Supervisor over the Russian-American Agreement on scientific and clinical collab-oration in the field of ocular immunology between Russian Academy of Sciences and National Insti-tutes of Health (NIH); in 1991-1995 – a member of The Reciprocal Exchange Fellowship Program between Russian Immunological Society and British Society for Immunology.
Dr Suchkov is a member of the Editorial Boards of many international journals including EPMA Jour-nal (Springer, Brussels) and “Personalized Medicine Universe” (Elsevier, Japan).

She was the president of the Society for Pediatric Dermatology from May 2016-June 2018 and is now the Past President of the Society.
