Massimiliano Visocchi, an aggregate professor at the Institute of Neurosurgery at the Catholic University, is the new president of the International Society of Reconstructive Neurosurgery (ISRN) , the International Scientific Society of Reconstructive Neurosurgery . He was elected during the IV World Congress of the Isrn, which took place from 12 to 14 September in Cerveteri , sponsored by Sinch (Italian Society of Neurosurgery), Eans (European Association of Neurosurgical Societies) and Wfns (World Federation Neurosurgical Societies) ). The Isrn has more than 200 members and deals with the central nervous system reconstruction - Snc, (grafts in the CNC, neurostimulation, instrumented spinal surgery, minimally invasive neurosurgery).Member of the Editorial Board of 5 peer reviewed and reviewed International peer reviewed journals of 30 peer reviewed international journals, Visocchi is a visiting professor at the University of Shanghai and winner of 2 international awards (Spinal Cord Stimulation and cerebral blood flow - Orlando Florida, Usa 1996 and Transnasal Transoral approach to the Craniovertebral Junction - Shanghai China 2011). He is the author of over 400 publications.
